Views:
Step 1.  Run command prompt as System Administrator. 

Step 2.  Open the callMigrator.log from the below path.
C:\Program Files\Sestek\CallRecorderMigratorPremium\LOGS

Step 3.  Search the “ERROR” keyword in callMigrator.log

ERROR 2016-09-09 17:07:32,994 [3    ] CallRecorderMigrator.Helpers.CallsHelper - Cannot find a record server for this call recorder. Call recorder id: 4

Step 4.  Callrecorders and Recorderservers need to filled in database.
