The aim of this product is to do all the dirty work for you. It minimizes the amount of scenario design in an IVR system or code work required for a mobile app. It manages the interface between the client application and the speech recognition, text-to-speech, voice biometrics, and natural language understanding modules. The only things that a client app has to provide is either the speech or the text input and return the prompt or text to be output to the user. The Virtual Assistant system embeds what the welcome message will be, what prompt will appear when the user makes an error, what happens when there is no input, etc.
