With a generic language model, our transcription accuracy is satisfactory, but to reach accuracy levels in the 80–90% range, we have to customize the generic language model for your operation. That is executed by taking real conversation recordings from your business, listening to and transcribing them manually, and then customizing our algorithm for your precise needs.
