VotG uses SESTEK’s unique voice biometrics technologies behind the scenes. To use VotG, users must first enroll in the system by calling the contact center and speaking. After a customer speaks for sufficient number of seconds, the system creates a voiceprint that is unique and personal but not unforgettable like a PIN or a mother’s maiden name.

When users have created voiceprints, they will be able to be authenticated on their next call. Simply by collecting the voice data of the customers during talking with agents, the system calculates the recording’s relevance by comparing it with the previously enrolled recorded voiceprints. If the result is acceptable enough to authenticate the user, the security check is passed.

Enrollment and authentication processes can be started and finished manually or automatically regarding the business flow preferences.
