TTS is like a worker; when implemented, let’s say with IVR, IVR scenarios send some requests to TTS. That request can include either the name of the caller at the moment or the credit card balance right at that time. When the request comes to TTS, our software start synthesizing the voice from the beginning, send the finished sound file to the IVR simultaneously and wait for another request to be vocalised. This process happens in just a matter of time and as a customer, you immideately start listening your current balance on IVR.
