Each licence type is calculated daily. The licence types are:
- Active Agent Count (The total number of agents which received call in the contact center)
- Seat Count (The total number of seats which received call in the contact center.)
- Concurrent Call Count (The number of concurrent calls- It’s only valid if you have Sestek Call Recorder product)
- Daily Analysis Hours (The total hours of daily analysis)
- Character Count (The number of Chat Character)
