End users sometimes reach transaction step giving more than one utterance to the system - establishing a dialog. Some menus have no effect on dialog to reach transaction step. To delete the terms or expressions of these kind of menus from dialog history, “Ignore from History” checkbox is ticked. If the menu is matched anywhere in the dialog, its terms or expressions causing the match are deleted form the history. As a result, the routing is done more correctly.
