First of all, if the calls do not appear in the interface, the page should be refreshed with "ctrl + f5" and control again. If there are no calls;
- It should be checked that the services with startup type "Automatic" and starting with Sestek Services are running on the Recorder server.
There may have been a network-based problem. Traffic / mirroring control must be provided to the server.
