Calls under 10 seconds, single channel calls, poor sound quality, bad calls are not analyzed. Calls that cannot be heard from the interface are also not analyzed. It should be observed that the non-analyzed call can be listened to. You can forward call numbers for calls other than these.
If all calls are not analyzed after a certain date, the problem may be the license expired or there may be an error in the analysis services. You can report the problem to us at a critical level.
